TONIGHT 03.07
We’re in the small gym tonight so that means no group warm up or coaching – just free sparring.
- Please note we may not have access to the main club equipment store so please bring your own kit.
- We’ll run 3x long or 4x short pistes depending on numbers, so please sign in as soon as possible
- Please keep kit bags to either end of the gym and don’t leave equipment on the floor between pistes.
NB: This is the last week of small gym on Thursdays – we’re back in the main sportshall next week! Â

We have not one but two Three Counties League matches.
On Tues. 08.7Â we have Luton (Away) and on Thurs. 10.07Â we have Bedford (Home)

CLUB LADDER LEAGUE: Q2 RESULTS
Monday night was the final session of the Q2 ladder and it was intense.
As well as being boiling hot (30°C) it was the final fights for both weapons
In FOIL, JD defended his top spot – just!!! – with an incredibly tight 15-14 win against James B
In EPEE, another incredibly close match but Richard R held on with a 15-13 win against James B
Simon C was unable to attend which meant James B then had to fend off a challenge against Jorel in Foil – but he managed to do so.
So congratulations to the top 3 finishers in each weapon:

The ladder will now be reset for Q3 with the positions reversed and will run to end of September.
