LAST THURS: 21.11
We hosted Bedford for our penultimate Three Counties League match of the year.

Match report from Team Captain Richard R:
Great fights vs Bedford tonight. Massive shout out to the team: Dan, Lisa, JD, James B, David and myself. Bedford have consistently been top two in this league for a few years now and brought a solid team. This set us up for a good scrap!
Or foilists went first and fought well but finished 4-5 loss, with a couple of fights on a knife edge it could have gone either way.
Our epeeists had some brilliant exchanges, and one of the opponents was a former SAFC club member which made it interesting! We each won a fight in the end, meaning Bedford won 6-3, and won the night 12-7 overall.
St Albans did pick up a bonus point along the way for our efforts, which should help to keep us 3rd in the league. We have just one match to go in 2 weeks time vs MK (who are stalling at our heels for 3rd place)!
