We’re back in the SMALL GYM tonight (and for the following four Thursdays)
This means no group warm up or any group/individual coaching. Please be prepared to do your own warm up but note that space in the gym is limited, especially once pistes are out.
Please keep kit bags to either end of the gym and do not leave weapons, masks etc on the floor between pistes. Your assistance is appreciated.
Please note: unfortunately we cannot guarantee access to the main kit cupboard, so please ensure you bring all your own kit and spare weapons / bodywires.
- TASTER SESSION & BEGINNER COURSE: DATE CHANGE
 Well done to those that braved last week’s heat to attend our Taster Session! The £10 Taster fee is redeemable against the Beginner Course booking.
