It’s week two for our Beginners and for everyone else it’s….
CLUB COMPETITION NIGHT!!!
So don’t be a fly on the wall…. get stuck in!
We’ll be running a shortened warm up to maximise competition time.
It will be a ‘Poule Unique’ format for Foil or Epee – you can compete in one weapon only, not both.
Each bout will be to 5 hits or 3 minutes fencing time. Everyone fences everyone else in their weapon poule, with number of victories being recorded, along with hits made and received.
We’re hoping to announce the winners at the end of the evening & there will be a prize for the winner of each weapon.
If you would rather not compete, don’t worry, it’s not compulsory and we’ll try and keep at least one separate piste free for non-competition use.
